Initially, if you can hold it for 45 seconds then it is a good job. But with time, you should try to increase it. Remember trained ab workers can hold this kind of position for about twenty minutes. You should try to hold it for as long as possible. You should also know how to train the oblique muscles. This is not important at first but you should learn to do it with time.
